Veggie Curry - Wildly flavourful, very vegan prepared using Kook's blend The Herby One


Kooking Blend(s): 1 tbsp per person of The Special One and The Herby One

Other Ingredients: Eggplant, tomato, onions, curry leaves, coconut milk, garlic, green chillies, oil and basil

Used As: Masala

Directions for Kooks: Sauté onions and garlic in oil. Add curry leaves and fry until golden. Add tomatoes, chillies and the Kooking Blends, then add chopped eggplant to the mix and continue to sauté. Pour in coconut milk and season. Let the veggies simmer until cooked. Garnish and serve.
