Directions for Kooks: Sauté garlic and ginger in a pan. To this add your veggies of choice and sauté. Once cooked, add Kooking Blend and a pinch of palm sugar. Adjust the seasoning and spice level as per taste. Once coated, add the coconut milk and stir over low heat. Garnish with fresh herbs and drizzle lemon.
