
Kooking Blend(s): 1 tbsp per person of The Hot One
Other Ingredients: Fresh or frozen prawns, vermicelli noodles, veggies of choice, lime, oil, seasoning and paprika
Used As: Spice
Directions for Kooks: Soak vermicelli noodles in water for 5 minutes, drain and set aside. Marinate prawns with lime, paprika and seasoning. Drizzle oil in a wok/deep-bottomed pan and sauté veggies. Once cooked, add Kooking Blend and drop in the prawns. Once the prawns are cooked (3-5 minutes) add the vermicelli noodles and fry until combined. Garnish and serve.
