
Kooking Blend(s): 2 tbsp of The Hot One and 1 tbsp of The Easy One
Other Ingredients: Chicken, fried potatoes, onions, ginger, garlic, bamboo shoot and seasoning
Used As: Spice
Directions for Kooks: Blend together onion, ginger and garlic to form a paste. In a deep-bottomed pan or kadhai fry this mixture until the water evaporates. Add the Kooking Blends, potatoes, chicken and combine. Season and add a splash of water. Cook with a lid on, on medium heat. Once cooked, add the bamboo shoot chicken and more red chillies / Naga chillies / ghost chilli if you prefer it spicier.
