Roasted Bell Pepper and Prawn Coconut Soup - Magnified Flavours prepared using Kook's blend The Hot One

Kooking Blend(s): 1 tbsp of The Special One and 1 tsp of The Hot One per person

Other Ingredients: Prawns, bell peppers, lemon and coconut milk

Used As: Marinade

Directions for Kooks: Coat the bell peppers with oil. On a high flame roast the peppers until charred. Set aside to cool. Once cooled, peel off charred layer and dice peppers into cubes. In a pan sauté peppers, veggies of choice, and add prawns. To this add Kooking Blends and season. Once cooked, add coconut milk and let it come to a boil. Turn off heat and serve. Garnish with basil, fresh red chillies, coriander leaves or lemon.
