Prawn Coconut Green Curry - A southern essential prepared using Kook's blend The Herby One

Kooking Blend(s): 1 tbsp per person of The Herby One

Other Ingredients: Fresh or frozen prawns, coconut milk, shredded coconut, veggies if desired, and lemon

Used As: Masala 

Directions for Kooks: Sauté prawns with Kooking Blend. Add shredded coconut and fry. Once cooked, pour the coconut milk and let it simmer. Garnish and serve.
