Potatoes and Kasuri Methi - Where Fenugreek meets Jolly and Herby prepared using Kook's blend The Jolly One

Kooking Blend(s): 1 tbsp per person of The Jolly Ome and The Herby One each

Other Ingredients: Potatoes, tomatoes, onion and kasuri methi

Used As: Masala

Directions for Kooks: Boil potatoes and set aside. In a kadhai drizzle oil and fry onions. Once golden brown, add tomatoes. To this mix add Kooking Blends and sauté. Once combined, drop potatoes in and fry. Top off with kasuri methi. Season.
