Directions for Kooks: Fry cubed paneer and set aside. Bring spinach to a boil, drain and pulse until smooth. Add some oil to a pan and sauté onions and tomatoes in it. Add the Kooking Blend to this, adjust spice levels as desired and stir. Add the spinach and the paneer and combine.
