Other Ingredients: Koftas, onion, ginger, garlic, garam masala and seasoning
Used As: Masala
Directions for Kooks: Blend together onion, ginger and garlic to create a paste. In a pan drizzle some oil and sauté this mixture until cooked. To this add Kooking Blend, garam masala and season as per taste. Once combined, add a splash of water or more depending on the desired quantity of gravy. Drop the koftas into this masala and cook until the koftas soak in the gravy. Garnish and season.
