Other Ingredients: Paneer, tamarind water, ginger, jaggery, soy sauce, peanut powder, chilli flakes, lime juice, sliced red chilli, spring onions and sesame

Directions for Kooks: Grind together ginger, tamarind water and jaggery to create a sauce, or use store-bought Inji Puli. To this add the remaining ingredients. Toss the paneer in this sauce. Garnish with fresh red chillies and sesame.
