Kooking Blend(s): 3 tbsp of The Jolly One and 1 tbsp of The Easy One
Other Ingredients: Curd, chicken, seasoning, garam masala and kasuri methi

Directions for Kooks: Marinate chicken with curd and seasoning and set aside for at least one hour. In a pan add Kooking Blends and stir until combined. To this add garam masala and drop the chicken in. Cook until the chicken starts to release juices, and to the desired consistency of the gravy required. Roast kasuri methi and sprinkle over the top. Alternately, if you want a creamier texture, avoid the yoghurt and use cream in the gravy instead.
