Kooking Blend(s): The Hot as per taste
Other Ingredients: Egg hakka noodles, veggies of choice or Thai curry veggies mix (broccoli, cabbage, lemongrass) and chicken mince
Used As: Sauce
Directions for Kooks: Soak hakka noodles in boiling water until cooked. Set aside. Sauté chicken in a wok or a deep-bottomed pan. Add veggies and cook on a medium flame. Add the Kooking Blend to this mix and combine. Once cooked, add noodles and fry. Garnish and serve.
