
Kooking Blend(s): 1 tbsp per person of The Hot One
Other Ingredients: Curd, chicken, seasoning, oats, panko crumbs and oil
Used As: Spice
Directions for Kooks: Marinate the chicken in a mixture of the Kooking Blend and curd. Season and set aside for a couple of hours. Separately, mix together oats and panko crumbs and coat the chicken in this dry mix. Fry in hot oil until golden brown and the chicken is cooked.
