Eggplant Sabji -  Baingan with a crispness prepared using Kook's blend The Special One

Kooking Blend(s): 1 tbsp per person of The Special One

Other Ingredients: Eggplant and seasoning

Used As: Masala

Directions for Kooks: Chop eggplant, salt and set aside for 10-15 mins. Squeeze out water. Add Kooking Blend to a pan and sauté eggplant in it on a low flame.
