Other Ingredients: Green beans, purple cabbage, onions, garlic and carrots

Directions for Kooks: Bring a pot of water to boil and add salt. Once the water begins to boil add beans and carrots. Let them cook for a minute, then drain. In a wok/deep-bottomed pan sauté onions, ginger and garlic. Add chopped cabbage, blanched carrots and beans. Season with the Kooking Blend.
