Other Ingredients: Chicken, onion, ginger, garlic, chilli, seasoning and oil
Used As: Spice / Masala
Directions for Kooks: Blend together onion, garlic, ginger and chillies. In a pan drizzle some oil and fry the paste in it. To this add the chicken, season and fry. Once semi-cooked, add the Kooking Blend and a splash of water. Cover and cook on low-medium heat. Once cooked, garnish and serve.
