Beans Poriyal - Atypically Tamil prepared using Kook's blend The Jolly One

Kooking Blend(s): 1 tsp per person of The Jolly One

Other Ingredients: Green beans, mustard seeds and curry leaves

Used As: Masala

Directions for Kooks: Chop beans. In a pan drizzle some oil and add the mustard seeds. Once they begin to spurt, drop the curry leaves in and fry. To this add the beans and sauté. Once cooked, add Kooking Blend and season if required.
