Stuffed Omelette - All you need is all you’ve got prepared using Kook's blend The Hot One


Kooking Blend(s): 1 tsp of The Easy One and The Hot One each

Other Ingredients: Mushrooms and eggs,

cheese of choice and seasoning as required

Used As: Sauce / Masala

Directions for Kooks: Sauté chopped mushrooms in oil until cooked and add your Kooking Blend favourite to the mix. In a separate pan heat oil, add beaten eggs and let the omelette cook on low heat. Top off with the mushroom mixture you have prepared and fold. Garnish with grated cheese.
